Reviewed September 4, 2022Nose. Cereals and dried banana chips, followed by some peat and candied fruits. Palate. A little thin on the palate (this could be amazing at 46%+) but principally vanilla and a little orchard fruit (pear?). Finish. Fairly short (again, this is bottled at a slightly too low ABV) but there’s a touch of smoke, black pepper and butter. -
