Green Isle Blended Scotch Whisky

Nice blend. Smoky with a nice salted caramel undertone.

Nose: very intense burnt rubber and peat. Light banana. On the palate: confirmed as the only notes, banana, candied fruit. Bitterish and short finish, which disappears completely after a while. Light smoke but a big blend

I received this sample as a part of a whiskey advent calendar. Dusty, Smokey nose. The palette isn’t as Smokey. It’s dry and sweet. The finish is a little sweet, moderately long and astringent.
