Tasting Notes
"The aroma leans sweet with notes of sweet vanilla cream and maple syrup with just a touch of cinnamon sprinkled in. Toasted oak peers in at the edges. There’s also a touch of leather and damp paper as well. The bourbon has a medium body with a sweet, but not cloying taste. It’s a bit prickly with alcohol heat, but reasonable at this proof. Tangy, bittersweet finish. This is more than serviceable in a cocktail, or just served on the rocks. "
