"A stylish blend of buttery toffee on the nose is accented by baked bread, frosted wheat and vanilla with suggestions of black pepper. The palate is a balancing act of sweet oak that transitions into a brief dust-up of rye spices fading into grain cereals, wood shavings and lilac grace notes. The sweet toffee notes make a comeback on a finish that's longer than a Phoenix sunset, but there is no doubt those rich wheat flavors are born and bred for Manitoba."
