At home. Neat. Slightly sweet and fruity and a bit spiced flavor. Smooth. Good sipper.

NEAT NOSE - Sweet Green & Red Apple and Vanilla PALATE - For me, the apple note is the most dominant. The mouthfeel is so smooth, just slightly more “oily” or viscous than water. This is a great introduction to whiskey for anyone in my opinion. FINISH - Surprisingly long. BUY? It’s a must if you’re interested in Irish whiskey. BUY AGAIN?? Absolutely. This deserves to be one that gets restocked to stay on the shelf.

Grassy, herbal, olives, oily and leathery on the nose. Quite elegant. And it goes along well with the smooth and velvety palate. Notes of agave, yellow fruit, vanilla, coconut, spices and peppery. Easy drinking.
