Hanagoi Junmai Japanese Sake

An off-dry, gluten & sulfite-free, vegan, small batch, artisanal, Sake by Toji (master brewer) Kimio Yonezawa for Akashi Sake Brewery in Akashi City, Hyogo prefecture, Japan made with local rice milled to 70% & pure water. It has an aromatic birth with hints of fruits, nuts & grain; while a full life adds hints of fig & chestnut; that leads to a fresh & delicate death of medium length with hints of earth & rice.
