Hanagoi Umeshu Japanese Sake

A semi-sweet, gluten-free, vegan, small batch, artisanal, infused Sake by Toji (master brewer) Kimio Yonezawa for Akashi Sake Brewery in Akashi City, Hyogo prefecture, Japan made with local rice, pure water & then infused with plum. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, citrus & stone fruit; while a balanced life adds notes of rice & plum; that leads to a rich & juicy death of medium length. December 2021
