Tasting Notes
"The nose is pure banana pudding pie (ripe bananas, vanilla, buttery pastry) with hints of cinnamon, roasted nuts, and allspice. The banana dessert flavors and grainy malt character hit the palate up front with hints of coconut and roasted cashews, but the whisky carries a refreshing, food-friendly weight instead of being loaded down with richness. A dose of spicy sandalwood and allspice adds further structure. "
