Haut De Vigne VSOP Cognac

A complex, Brandy from Cognac, France crafted from a blend of 25 different Fins Bois, Bons Bois & Petite Champagne Crus; matured for 7 years in lightly toasted Limousin oak casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of stone fruits, nuts, wood, herbs & spices; while a young life adds notes of dried apricot, orange zest & anise; that leads to a complex death of medium length with notes of oak, vanilla, cedar, nutmeg & sweet almonds.
