Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond 7 Year

Crème brulee, orange peel and sweet oak greet the nose and follow on the creamy palate with some added baking spices and latent heat. Finish is long and spicy, leaving the sides of my tongue tingling and giving a nice Kentucky hug.

Spice and heat. For some reason it was very peaty for a bourbon.

Solid, rich peanut brittle on the nose, caramel and brown sugar, hint of cinnamon and spice

Nose has baking spices vanilla caramel and cinnamon and peanut. Maybe a slight hint of floral. Flavor is much of the same with the addition of some bread and oak. Finish is balanced and smooth. A very nice bottle. A gift from BIL not available in my area. Worth the purchase if you can get a hold of it.

Not much to say about this one. Very good - a cut above.

Sweet corn, oak, & vanilla flavors. Love the rich coloring. Wish it had more of a finish.
