Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond 7 Year

Really enjoyed this. Not super complex but I can see why this is so popular. Vanilla, rich, smooth, oak forward but that quickly disappeared after first few sips.

Notes of orange, cinnamon candy, vanilla, chocolate covered cherry and caramel. It's sweet but with a good punch of spice and burn. I'm sure it's great in a cocktail as it tastes of a higher proof. Really great flavors here.

Good amount of spice. Tastes of Carmel and nuts

Good but rougher than it should be at 50% ABV

$9 for one oz hour. Cinnamon, I wouldn’t buy

Rich amber color with long big legs. Vanilla caramel and vanilla on the nose. Very quick almost grape like tart start then fades into a more traditional bourbon flavor of vanilla caramel and buttery flavor with a fairly long spicy and slightly oily finish

Vanilla on the palette with a nice sweet finish.
