Light, not much burn

Smooth with sweet notes. Get some of the proof in the finish but not much of a burn. Very tasty!! Really surprised with all the sweet flavors ( vanilla, Carmel?) little bit of oak. Overall very good.

Baking spice, nutty, vanilla, oak.

Nose: cinnamon toast, cherry, oak, light pecan wood. Peach and Smokey apples. Taste: heavy oak and tobacco with intense rye spice. Light fruit notes toward the finish of pears and apples with a light honey. Water intensifies the oak and caramel, moving the fruitiness to the end.
