Nose: flaky pie crust, caramelized sugar, faint woody funk and a wallop of cherry pie filling
Palate: cherry pie mingles with some sweet tobacco, aged oak, and brown sugar. This whiskey has a great mouthfeel that really coats the palate.
Finish: baked apple, simple syrup, cherry candy, and sweet pipe tobacco linger nicely
Vanilla, white pepper, cinnamon, cherry, Chinese five spice, hay, oak, honey, dried plantain and butterscotch nose. Very smooth on the palate, with cinnamon, caramel popcorn, vanilla, wood, plantain and cherry. Nice stuff.
