Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond 7 Year

Tons of oak, vanilla and a bit of spice to finish it off. Definitely an above average bourbon.

The nose is tight with small wisps of baking spice, leather, light straw In the mouth you get Bottled in Bond 100 proof alchemy right out of the gate. Fade-in to a flavorful mid palette of orange, cinnamon fading to a wonderful long lasting finish of Carmel, rose water, leather and baking spice. Really for the price you can’t go wrong

Sweet, slight tannins, vanilla, oak, charred orange, some oiliness with a medium finish and slight heat

Smooth with good complexity

I know there is a lot of frustration or hype with this offer from Heaven Hill in regards to price in comparison to Heaven Hill 6 years BIB. Putting price aside the Heaven Hill 7 year is one of my favorite offerings from Heaven Hill. Not overly oaked or to sweet, but it’s a nice flavorful bourbon.

Nose: caramel, oak, nutty Taste: pepper, oak, char, buttery
