Heaven's Door Straight Tennessee Bourbon

Pleasant whiskey, smooth to the extreme. Unripe green apples, grass and pollen notes. Fades to vanilla and clove, slight peppery finish. Unremarkable yet pleasant whiskey.

Oaky and woody. Full bodied. There’s a pleasant burn with the 90 proof. Otherwise relatively unremarkable. Which is fine. A pleasant whiskey.

Sweet smell to the nose, hints of vanilla. Oak taste with a slight burn

Small bottle neck pour, neat. Pancakes and maple syrup with oak on the nose. Sweet vanilla taste on the front and mid. Back end picks up baking spice and char. Fairly short, dry finish.
