Tasting Notes
"There’s a hint of sweet, white corn on the nose, along with some deep vanilla from the oak. More sniffs reveal a bit of mild cherry. Texturally, this is a syrupy spirit with a fair amount of heat on the palate. Unfortunately the oak influence actually hides some of the pure corn flavor present on the un-aged spirit. I was really impressed with the expressiveness and terroir of the moonshine. While still tasty, this aged version seems superfluous. "
