One of Australia's older distilleries at 16 years old, the Original Single Malt Whisky is the flagship whisky of the Hellyers Road family. Matured in Ex Jack Daniels American oak casks and made from 100% Tasmanian-grown malted barley, no coloring added and no chill filtration, this is a whisky to keep an eye on.
Hellyers is available in many European countries in addition to Australia. This is not currently available in the US. .

Tasting Notes
"Starting with vanilla on the nose, the whisky quickly moves into soft, fresh fruits against the grain, over a touch of caramel and palm oils. The palate starts sharply with roasted coffee, turning to slightly-burnt toffee and toast, ending with a slow and easy finish of nutmeg and allspice that lingers in the mouth. It all plays well together; a warming drink for a cold winter’s day. "
