Fruity nose Lots of vanilla Smoother than expected

18th September, 2021 Nosing: leather, oak Palate: toast, toffee Finish: buttery, smooth Enjoyed neat.

Quite nice! Browned butter, toffee, vanilla, nutmeg, a dash of cinnamon. Almost like a not sweet snickerdoodle cookie.

Slightly Woody. Mostly flavourless

complex, peppery and sweet/carmel, a little bit of peat to round it out. Smells very sweet but doesn’t taste saccharine
