      Light soft rose and refreshing cucumber blended with a hint of juniper and a punch of lemon/citrus rind. The bitter acidity/higher ABV hits mid palate and fades but lingers. Beautiful light flavour but a little unrefined. Adds a slightly overwhelming bitter citrus rind taste when mixed. Makes excellent Negronis. $50 in Ontario.
