Modern GinAka Contemporary, New Western, New Wave, or New American. Not legally defined, but juniper is not the dominate flavor. Often made with botanicals not historically used and/or sourced locally.
Tasting Notes
"Lots of fruity notes appear on the nose especially cherries, peaches, pears. It's full and lightly oily on the palate with the juniper matching the intensity of the fruit. It's very lightly sweet and would make a fine addition to any punch or cocktail where you want the fruits to be the focus. Perhaps not the best choice for a dirty martini."
