Hennessy Master Blender's Selection Nº 4
The fourth limited release in Hennessy's Master Blender's Selection series is the second from master blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde. He's said to have been inspired by winter in the great outdoors while creating this blend.
The expression is made with eaux-de-vie distilled on a moderate level of lees, and aged for a minimum of five years in a combination of young and old French oak barrels. The cognac hit the market in March 2021.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is zesty and filled with orange peel, followed by sugar-dusted grapes and potpourri with violets. The palate offers berries and dried apricots upfront, followed by cacao and hazelnuts, and on the back end, sandalwood, cedar, and black tea. The finish is soft and short with orange blossom water, clementines, tannic oak, and cinnamon."
