Retrying this with a big rock.
Nose has some spice to it and the taste has some nice orange and caramel. With the rock it is really smooth. The finish is close to nonexistant.
There is a bit of pete in it but overall this is a very nice drink.
Citrus heavy profile but not sweet; initial caramel, corn palate then quickly taken over by oak and peppery spice; wood oak and pepper spice chew, but not overpowering oak for a 10 year. Hints of vanilla and caramel corn with peppery spice that lingers on tongue. Worth price point if found for MSRP or slightly above.
Vanilla, oak with a hint of cinnamon spicy finish. Incredibly balanced and smooth without being boring. I really enjoy ryes so perhaps thats why i enjoyed this bourbon so much. Its a real winner and I will definitely be enjoying again in the future.
