Henry McKenna 10 Year Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Taste: It starts with strong caramel and vanilla cake. There are notes of tobacco and cherry (which leans towards cough syrup) along with some spice. It is quite sweet with a syrupy mouthfeel. Look: Amber Smell: Vanilla and cherry tobacco

Nose: light floral and honeysuckle. A very sweet and dainty nose. Definitley a good amount of oak on the nose. Palate: lots of oak, like a lot. The mouth feel is almost a little too watery to me. Nice notes of sweet caramel and leather on the bend end. Pretty good pour.

Hot on the sip, mellows to a very nice taste reminiscent of irish whiskey.
