Every bit as good as advertised. Floral initially then a smooth oak and vanilla finish. My non bourbon drinking wife loved it. Would buy if not stupidly priced
π Holy π bomb. Maybe burnt sugar and a faint vanilla, but π all day
π More classic bourbon on the palate. The faint vanilla from the nose is more pronounced here. Definitely a citrus aspect here. Maybe orange.
π Very interesting citrus notes on the finish. Orange and maybe some of that cherry π from the nose. Super complex
π Oat, oak, almond and a strong marischino cherry. Very nice
π Coats your mount with a sweet oily bourbon. Lots of toasted oak
π Back to the complex, yet approachable flavors from the nose. I'd have guessed < 100 proof
This is one of the first bottles I ever bought that got me interested in trying different bourbons, and it's still one of the best at this price point!
N- apple- wood- Carmel- vanilla-
F- alcohol- leather- up front- then nice slow burn- warm- Carmel-leather- simmers- then just stays warm - still the best $45-$55 bottle you can find.

Better than last taste. Very faint on the nose and the taste is somewhat traditional but doesnβt follow the nose too much. Finish is on the shortish side but nothing really to offend. $35 bourbon. Donβt overpay
