Hervás Añejo

An elegant, Agave Spirit from Jalisco, Mexico aged in American white oak barrels for over a year. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while smooth life adds hints of lemongrass, oak & vanilla; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of pepper. March 2023

Tastes like añejo. Still not a fan but my wife likes tequila so here we are.
