Hibiki 12 Year

Amazing for the price ($60 in NJ). It's floral, fruity, sweet, and smooth, with a nice finish. Drink neat, or just a drop or two of water. It's a sin to mix this with anything else. It's surprising how good a blend can be, and at an affordable price!! (Scotland--are you taking note?)

Definitely good and interesting and tasty but not for me. It rates high on floral and smacks too much of rum for my taste. For those you like very sweet and very smooth. Loved it when I tried it in a lounge, find it too heavily sweet at home. Nose quite different from the palate, which has more bite.
