Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Nose: floral, moderate sherry, berries, crystaline brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, woodiness. Initially some strong heat, gotta let this rest a bit for the more elegant notes to arise. Definitely some grain whiskey notes here Palate: sweet, fruity, mild floral. Good sherry notes, they're mild but present, not overpowering. Oaky. Spicy, both in a bit of heat and in baking spice notes. Finish: warm, comforting, woody and aromatic
