High Bank Whiskey War Barrel Proof

Nose is pleasant but hard to identify, somewhat green grain smell. High quality rye flavor but taste really blossoms with a few drops of water. Proof is surprising given overall smoothness. Almost a bubble gum flavor coming through. Finish is long and full.

Harsh nose. A drip of water helps expand a lot. Lots of butterscotch overall. Slightly floral. Finishes sweet and strong.

Caramel, corn, burnt sugar, oaky finish

Clear smell, not sweet like many others. Warm and smooth, actually very smooth considering its 116+ proof. You do feel that when it hits bottom. Very warm.
