Sweetened Widow Jane nose with loads of vanilla. Smooth chewy caramels with strong Maple overtones. Finish is reminiscent of warm pancakes heaped with butter and syrup.

All that great Blanton's flavor taken up 10x. The finish doesn't seem to end, with time revealing even more notes. The proof is not readily apparent and can sneak up on you fast.

Malty nose with orchard fruit. Taste of golden raisins reminicent of irish whiskey. The sherry cask is very apparant. Smoother than achentoshen three wood. Lingering finish of stone fruit.

Incredible Ardbeg nose at its finest. Sea spray lapping the shore as a small camp fire smolders. Surprising delicate peat with hints of tar.... slightly vegetal. medium to long finish that evolves into barbecued meat.

Nose has tang of shoe leather with a slight mustiness. Taste is very earthy with unami notes. It reminds me of meaty portobello mishrooms. Finish is spicy with a slight burn... medium finish.

Better and better better with age. The oxidation smoothed out any harsh undertones; they are completely gone now. Nose of briny tar and seaweed. Palate is sweet iodine with slight tobacco notes. Oily medium finish.

Notes of fall baking spices (apple pie spices like cinnamon and nutmeg). Moderate heat that levels out quickly with strong notes of vanilla and butterscotch. Finish is lingering with Tootsie Roll chewiness.
