Beautiful sweet banana and vanilla. Like a dessert of spiced banana bread. Rich and smooth.

Loads of butterscotch and caramel right off the bat. A bunch of buttery and vegetal notes. Smooth but with enough butterscotch punch to me you remember. As it sits, there's an almost over ripe plum note on the finish. And a bit of nutty flavors come back around as well.

A bunch of vanilla and brown sugar. A rich sweetness through the whole dram. Just the right amount of vanilla before transitioning to that spicy middle, which highlights hints of cinnamon sugar. A interesting coffee like finish with a strong delivery at 110 proof.

A bit spicy and smokey. Smooth and sweet. A little green pepper. Some butterscotch on the finish, along with raspberry.

Starts with a nose if pears. Starts with a bit if strawberry and black raspberry. Then some nice grounded walnut in the middle. Lingers with a spicy yet bitter note.

Pear on the nose. Quite smoothly with that. Nice vanilla overtone that swirls in with the more wood forward notes. Some petrol and plastic. Then some sweetness rolls in, like a sort of sweet bread profile.

Shoe polish nose. Bits of leather. The fresh weather continues into the body, with a lot of earthy notes. Almost like a mushroom teriyaki. As it opens up, the sweetness moves forward with a red delicious apple sort of profile, more earthy than sharp and sweet. Apples continue to come forward through the pour as you go back to it.

A pretty tight nose. With a little bit of celery. Middle is buttery and has that sweet wheat overtone. As it transitions to the end, a burst of fresh ripe strawberry, with a hint of cherry.
