High West A Midwinter Night's Dram Act 6 (All Scenes)

Seems powerful for 100 proof. Not oily,

Act 6 Scene 3 Light honey on the front Mostly just that distinct rye spice on the back Very good, very smooth

First pour from the bottle, never a fan of first pours... Nose- comes off a lot higher proof than it is, and over powers everything. Palate- Very unique profile, cant pick out anything distinctive just yet as its pretty hot. Once the bottle airs out after first pour I will re-evaluate. Finish- Good mouth feel, long finish. I have high hopes for the bottle, first pours was much better than expected. Will repost next pour with more detail.

A richly flavored rye with notes of caramel, raisins, raspberries, pepper, cinnamon, chocolate and a creamy mouthfeel with a long spicy cherry chocolate finish.
