High West A Midwinter Night's Dram

Nose: vanilla, caramel, rye Taste: spiciness from the rye, less sweet than the nose, the rye goes more pickle brine than anise Finish: pretty dry and spiciness lingers After reading reviews: I’m not sure which act/scene I tasted so not sure what to compare to. After reading mint on the finish, I got that. Overall, this was so hyped up in my mind that I’m not sure the reality lived up to it. I’m not a huge fan of some of the rye notes.

Jeeeeesus. This is so stupid good.

Wonderful, warm spice with vanilla and dark dried fruits. Perfect for cold winter night in Wisconsin.
