Tasting Notes
"The nose is sweet and savory with a grain-forward and herbal nose as well as caramel-covered popcorn. There's some apple notes and waxy scents as well. The body is average weight and the palate is tangy and bittersweet. Charred oak and rye spice dominate the peppery finish. Length of the finish is moderate. Would serve on the rocks or in a cocktail."
