High West Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged a minimum of two years. The disclosed mash bill recipes used are 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley from Indiana's MGP Distillery and 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley from another distillery. Other straight bourbons are included but that information is contractually not disclosed.
It is non-chill filtered and is bottled at 92 proof. Please note: High West Bourbon is the same bourbon as the previously known High West American Prairie Bourbon, but the name and the packaging were updated in 2022. .
