Honey, apple, baking spices, with a rye backbone and bourbon sweetness. Touch of lemon zest lingering in the aftertaste. Lovely, lovely bourbon. Perfect for fall. Also a tiny bit of smoke which is awesome.

Très classique ! Un bourbon pour toutes les occasions. Très smooth mais pas complexe. Goût de butterscotch avec un peu d’épices. Assez fade et finale très courte. Un peu dispendieux pour ce que c’est. Bouteille achetée à NY en 2024-09 (voyage de football).

Nose is roses. Caramel. Sugar. Body is cherries, vanilla, syrup. Finish is mint, cinnamon, baking spices. Bit of chocolate. Very juicy body, very enjoyable bourbon. Reminiscent of 1792, in a good way.
