High West Bourye (2022)

Has a candy-sweet, nearly mineralesque profile that is really easy to approach. It is enjoyable.

Well rounded. Nice sweetness on the finish.

Pretty pricey bottle. Given that I wasn’t terribly impressed with their other whiskeys when I tasted them in a flight, this is quite a tasty blend. Definitely taste sweet and cinnamon on the palate. There is a fairly long spicy finish.
