High West Bourye (2024 Release)

Oh man. Absolute tannin bomb. i get mild toffee, a flash of berries, then massive wave of tannic oakiness, some herbal notes as well as spice, anise and oak dominate the long and dry finish. im gonna be honest this one was kinda a miss for my palate. ive never had any previous bouryes so im not sure how previous batches have been. Wasnt bad but i wasnt a fan.
