High West Cask Strength Bourbon

Nose: Summer fruit like peach or apricots. Cinnamon and fenel punctuate the expression with bits of toffee and oak filling the cracks. Taste: Cinnamon spice and learher greet the front of the palate with oak and green pepper in the rear. Mouthfeel: Warming with medium viscosity. Finish: Oak and spices linger and feed through the entire sinus. This was a small batch, store pick.

Almost no nose other than some orange. Cinnamon and brown sugar dominate on palate. Heat ebbs and theres a touch of caramel.

Cinnamon spicy rye finish but smooth finish. Hot is in the front and mellows out. A lot better than American Prairie for a little more. Enjoyable Rye!

Solid cask bourbon. Strong but not overpowering. Nice bite at back of throat but overall smooth and tasty
