3 level rather than the standard No. 4 level (a heavy char) and is aged for just over 2 years.

The barrel used to age the whisky is only at a Char No. 3 level rather than the standard No. 4 level (a heavy char) and is aged for just over 2 years. The five malt mash bill is identical to the standard bottling: Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, and Brown Malt.

American Single MaltMade in the USA from 100% malted barley. Distilled at one distillery. Matured in oak casks no larger than 700L. Distilled to no higher than 160 proof (80% ABV). Tasting Notes
"With the lighter char level, the whisky is more about dried herbs and dried flowers. Adding just a splash of water brings out a roasted nut quality with a side of milk chocolate pudding. The whisky isn't sweet from the vanilla you'd get from the barrels, but rather from the cereal itself."
