High West Whiskey American Prairie Bourbon-Barrel Select (The Prime Barrel)

The 13 months undergoing the aquavit finish brings a wonderful depth to the finish of this bourbon. There is still prominent caramel, but also bits of fennel and citrus. At 101 proof, the heat is barely present.
