Tasting Notes
"At full proof, the nose shows bright citrus peel, chocolate covered raisins, oxidized sherry and nutty malt. Peat smoke is mild and earthy and dark dried fruits are found on the palate. If you add some water to the whisky you'll also find the fruit profile to increase and the peat smoke smoldering a bit stronger (still mild-moderate scale). Solid whisky for a camping trip, beach or otherwise."
