HINE Cigar Reserve XO Cognac

This is a wonderful XO cognac. It has such a well-rounded taste with or without a cigar.

It's extremely soft even for vs and It's great. 5 stars!

Nose: Damp forest in the fall, trail mix, heavy on the raisins, baking spices like walking into a well stocked pantry, hunters smoking cigars around a camp fire off in the distance. Palate: Supple, honey, nuts, tobacco, vanilla, copious amounts of wood tannins, slightly bitter, sweet red fruits, fresh and dried, spices play hide and seek, quite complex. Finish: Long, but subtle with wood, floral, vanilla, sweet dried fruit, baking spice notes. Distiller Review No. 634

A dark, rich, grape spirit infused with oak, perky spice high notes and warm nutty low notes. The breadth of flavors works excpetionally well with a high quality cigar. Adding a bookended effect between the tannic, dry tobacco leaf, and the sweet, woody cognac. The finish is excpetionally long, ending with a warm vanilla note that has a familial relationship to a new cigar. Even if you don’t smoke, this is an exceptional flavor experience.

Best cognac I've ever tasted! Only one issue - the price :) But when you are drinking it you understand what are you paying for.
