Hogback Oak & Aspen Bourbon

Light bodied mellow and sweet. Honey and wood.

Daveco barrel #034. 60.8%. Copper color in a glencairn Oak and cedar nose. Slight burnt sugar. Sweet and smooth. Licorice and spearmint. Orange amd brown sugar. Smoked oak in the finish thet lingers for a while. Very well done.

Straight Bourbon finished with seasoned Aspen staves. The finishing add an extra layer of sweetness, spice and body to the traditional Bourbon character.
