Homare Strawberry Nigori Sake

A rich, Sake-based Fruit Liqueur by Homare Brewing Company in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan crafted with rice, koji & infused with strawberries bottled at 12.5% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries, hints of rice & koji; while a creamy life adds notes of strawberry & honey; that led to a quick & refreshing death. July 2024
