Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.

"Immediately the taster is greeted with a nose of intense juniper spice and fruit. Other flavors such as spicy, green coriander and earthy angelica emerge with just enough citrus to keep the experience fresh upon repeat tasting. This is a masculine-style gin that gives more than a nod to the classic London Dry style. Perfect for historic cocktails, but with a rich, grain base that will provide a bit more grain weight than our European favorites. "
