London Dry GinNeutral spirit flavored with juniper and other botanicals. In the US, the minimum ABV is 40%; In the EU, it is 37.5%. Originally, only made in London, this can be made anywhere. No artificial flavors or colors can be added. Only water, neutral grain spirit, and sugar (no more than 0.1g/l) can be added.
Tasting Notes
"A mix of lemons and sweet oranges are front and center on the nose. Juniper is also here along with a light floral note. The gin is lightly oily and the juniper and coriander pop on the palate while the citrus notes continue to envelope the palate. The finish is mildly bitter and the citrus is always present. The earthy and spicy botanicals help to balance the gin from being one-note. This is a bright and lively gin which is incredibly versatile; a crowd-pleaser for sure. "
