"Distilling spirits from corn seems like a pretty obvious decision for an Indiana-based distillery. Hotel Tango's Mike Moonshine is very clean, straightforward, and mildly sweet. There's only so much one can expect from a moonshine, but this is a nice, easy-drinking entry to the spirit."
