"Unaged, 99 proof, 100% rye... One Eight Distilling's Rock Creek White Whiskey sounds a bit intimidating. It certainly has a rye kick, and the warm spice carries through to a bright, clean finish. It's sippable even at its relatively high proof, though it will most likely find its way into cocktails, where its assertive rye character will shine through. Unaged rye is not for everyone, but this is an appealing take on the spirit. "
