Notably, the grains were sourced from local farmers in the Hudson Valley and the bourbon is Kosher certified. It's aged for a minimum of 5 years in American oak barrels and is bottled at 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes
"The nose brings lots of vanilla and charred oak along with young sweet corn distillate. It feels full on the palate with more of those young corn notes along with a sweet vanilla profile. It's soft on the palate with just a moderate amount of barrel spice to provide a little depth. The whiskey is young and sweet, but there's a tangy acidity which helps close out the whiskey on your palate. "
