Illusion Absinthe

A concentrated, herbal aperitif / cordial by the Hope Springs Distillery in Lilburn, Georgia; distilled with 8 herbs including wormwood, green anise & fennel that highlight the diversity of Georgia's agricultural production. It has an aromatic birth with notes of herbs & flowers; while a bold life adds notes of licorice & green tea; that led to a long & herbal death. September 2021 / February 2022
