Tasting In Den Bockhamer. Ook weer veel sherry in deze, vlakt ook erg af.

Nose: very light, vanilla, bourbon. Inconsistent. Palate: slightly fruity, caramel, honey, a hint of plums, as written on the bottle, I confirm that the salty / marine flavor is clearly felt, reminiscent of a watered-down Talisker. Final: pleasant, slightly brackish, leaves a very sweet honey note. Pleasant and summery whisky, but without a particular character. Rating 3.75 _______________________________________________________________ Naso: leggerissimo, vaniglia, bourbon. Inconsistente. Palato: leggermente fruttato, caramello, miele, una punta di prugne, come scritto sulla bottiglia confermo che si avverte in maniera netta il salato/marino, che ricorda un po’ un Talisker annacquato. Finale: piacevole, leggermente salmastro, lascia una nota di miele molto dolce. Whisky piacevole ed estivo, ma senza un particolare carattere. Voto 3,75

Light and fruity on the nose. Plenty of spice and some salt. Salty, umami like chicken broth on the palate. But still light and crisp overall with a dry finish.

Smells fruity. Tastes smooth and light, hint of honey and flowers. State of pepper and spice
